Once registered, download this form (Water Challenge Q1 Report Form).
What do I need to do?
- In the first week (6th February), measure your waist line and record it on your form.
- In the first week (6th February), start keeping track of how much money you spend each day on sugary drinks.
- In the second week (13th February), start keeping track of how many days a week you’re reaching the goal of drinking 1.5-2 Litres of water per day for the next four weeks.
- At the end of the challenge (12th March), record your waist line and the difference between your first and second measurement.
- Email the Safety & Wellbeing Team at sqsafety.org.au with your waist measurement difference and your week 1, week 2, week 3 and week 4 results.
- Be one of the top 3 to win your prize!
