What do I need to do?


  1. In the first week (6th February), measure your waist line and record it on your form.
  2. In the first week (6th February), start keeping track of how much money you spend each day on sugary drinks.
  3. In the second week (13th February), start keeping track of how many days a week you’re reaching the goal of drinking 1.5-2 Litres of water per day for the next four weeks.
  4. At the end of the challenge (12th March), record your waist line and the difference between your first and second measurement.
  5. Email the Safety & Wellbeing Team at sqsafety.org.au with your waist measurement difference and your week 1, week 2, week 3 and week 4 results.
  6. Be one of the top 3 to win your prize!
